7000db ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. By using the website or any of its services, you ("User") are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

  • "Platform" — The 7000db website and all services associated with it.
  • "User" — Any person who has registered or is using the platform.
  • "Account" — The individual profile created for each user.
  • "Funds" or "Balance" — The amount of money deposited into an account (Bangladeshi Taka / ৳).

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Important: 7000db services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Failure to verify age will result in immediate account closure.

To register on the platform and use its services, a user must meet all of the following conditions:

Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 7000db, the user must provide accurate personal information. Details provided at registration must match official identity documents.

  • An active email address

3.2 KYC Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 7000db may verify a user's identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for this purpose:

  • Passport
  • Birth Registration Certificate
  • Proof of ownership of payment method
Note: Without completing the KYC process, users will not be able to request large withdrawals. This is done to protect your own funds.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 7000db will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes

  • The source account for deposits and the destination account for withdrawals must belong to the same owner.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balances.

7000db reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual transaction patterns or security concerns.

If a transaction fails due to technical errors or bank or mobile banking issues, the user may contact our support channels. It is recommended to keep proof of transactions (screenshots, transaction IDs).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Bonus calculation examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000 (maximum cap applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳22,500 (15 × ৳1,500) before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A user may not claim each promotional offer more than once.
  • Winnings from bonus use cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
  • Unused bonuses will be considered void once expired.
  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 7000db reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or betting market. These limits are subject to change and are displayed in the interface of each game.

6.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via live dealers. 7000db maintains third-party auditing to ensure fair play.

6.3 Bet Cancellation and Changes

  • A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • In the case of technical errors, 7000db reserves the right to review the relevant bet.
  • If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.4 VIP Program

Regular players can become part of 7000db's VIP program. There are five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates increasing at each tier. Advancement to higher tiers depends on your activity on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Warning: Any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7000db platform:

  • Running multiple accounts: Opening or using more than one account by the same person.
  • Bonus abuse: Placing strategically unusual bets with the intent of meeting bonus conditions.
  • Use of software and bots: Using automated betting software, bots or VPNs to deceive the platform.
  • Money laundering: Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Providing false information: Submitting incorrect or forged information during registration or verification.
  • Hacking and cyberattacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Using third-party accounts: Accessing or operating another person's account.
  • Collusive fraud: Exploiting the system through coordinated activity by multiple users.

For any of the above violations, 7000db reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and to take legal action where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

7000db may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If a breach of terms and conditions is established.
  • If security concerns or suspicious activity are identified.
  • Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
  • At the user's request (self-exclusion).

8.2 User Rights

A user may request closure of their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible remaining balance will be provided before account closure, however 7000db reserves the right to hold the balance while an investigation is ongoing.

8.3 Appeals Process

If a user wishes to dispute an account suspension, they may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. After submitting the necessary evidence, the matter will be reviewed within a reasonable time.
